Show Portal

Launch everything from one place using a simple 4-digit code.

1. Event Setup (Client Portal)

Use the Client Configuration Portal to build your event structure.

  • Room Configuration: Define how many Breakout Rooms and Tables per Room you need.
  • Branding: Paste a Logo URL and choose a Theme Color. This instantly brands all iPads and Screens.
  • Participant Mode: Choose between "Teams/Tables Only" or "Enable Individual Participation" if you need to track specific people.
  • Run of Show: Pre-load your questions here.
Important: When you save, you will receive an Event Code (e.g., EVT-4409). You only need the number part (4409) to run the show.

2. The Show Portal (Mission Control)

After setup, click the link to the Show Portal. This is your central hub.

  1. Enter Code: Type your numeric code (e.g., 4409) into the input box.
  2. Launch Interfaces: Once the code is entered, the buttons will light up.
    • Launch Control: Opens the Production Panel for the AV team.
    • Launch Display: Opens the Main Screen for the projector.
    • Launch App: Opens the Participant view (for testing).
  3. Share Link: Use the "Copy Link" button to get a direct URL for attendees.

3. Running the Show (Production Panel)

Designed for the Event Producer. Manage the flow of content here.

  • Target Room Selector: Choose which room you are controlling. Changing this automatically filters the question list to prevent errors.
  • Push to Screens: Select a question and click the blue button to send it live.
  • Quick Fire Mode ⚡: Toggle this ON to skip the "Load" step. Clicking a question in the sidebar instantly pushes it live.
  • Edit Team Names: Click the green button to rename tables (e.g., change "Table 1" to "The Avengers"). Note: This only applies in Team Mode.

4. Participant Login

Attendees access the app via their iPads or phones.

How to Log In:
Attendees simply type the Numeric Code (e.g., 4409) into the box.
  • Select Room: Choose the breakout room they are sitting in.
  • Identify Yourself:
    • Team Mode: Select your Table Name (e.g., "Table 1").
    • Individual Mode: Enter your Name and Email.

5. Main Screen Display

The 16:9 view for projectors.

  • Auto-Scaling: The display automatically adjusts to fit any projector or TV without cutting off content.
  • Spotlight Feature: The presenter can click on any answer in the leaderboard to open a large popup window. This allows the room to read and discuss specific long-form answers.

6. Reports & Data

At the end of the session, use the bottom buttons on the Production Panel.

  • CSV Report: Downloads a raw Excel file with every answer and timestamp. Includes Name/Email if in Individual Mode.
  • Visual Report: Opens a dashboard with graphs showing Room Averages and Top Teams.
  • Save as PDF: Inside the Visual Report, click "Save as PDF" to generate a summary document.
