When does Agency Access make sense?

If you run repeatable volume (typically 10+ events/month), want self-serve client/event creation, or are reselling VE as part of your service offering. Annual removes the per-event tax on growth.

Is Event OS priced per event or custom?

Event OS is typically custom based on scope: rooms, days, attendee hub complexity, and production requirements. Use it for flagship programs, congress activations, or multi-session broadcasts.

Can we start per-event and convert to annual?

Yes. Most agencies start per-event or with a bundle, then convert to Agency Access once volume stabilizes. We can apply a portion of early spend toward annual licensing in conversion deals.
